Back in early November, I sent a letter to Microsoft asking if they could help us out after a power surge in the generators fried four of our Xbox video game consoles. Well, they came through in flying colors, sending us not only four replacement units, but four copies each of 11 different games as well! They arrived on the evening of December 24, just in time to spread some Christmas cheer!
