Nothing cuts off and it's plenty readable, but the menu isn't hidden--it shows at the end, inline w/ the contents just as it is in the raw XHTML. It's like it doesn't use any stylesheet at all (which might be a Firebird setting, though I couldn't find it and other sites print fine), since the fonts are the default and all the images have borders. Ironically, IE6's print preview looked as expected--no menu, fonts as specified in your print stylesheet.
